    8= numbers of alphabet
    11= 11th month of the year
    3= number of vowels in the word

    Following how others were arranged, the answer is-
    November = 8113
    Because, 8 is the number of alphabets (November)
    11 means that November is the eleventh month.
    3 is the number of vowel sounds in October
