3. There are a book and a pen on the bed which indicates that the dead person was reading and a suicide note was written from another pen which seems to be planted.
It's definitely murder. On first inspection one can see a pair of crutches placed at the side of the cupboard very far from where the man hung. It would've been impossible for the man to stand up on the chair and put his neck in the rope without them. Also, there are two cups on the table which means that another person was present and looking at the broken clock, we can tell that a struggle happened.

4. Crutches seem to be too far from the dead man.
In scenes like this, the most likely answer is suicide... Sometimes, THIS is the reason why it is unlikely to be a suicide.
ReplyDeleteSo, from looking at the scene a bit more closely, I'll say it's a Murder... And because of one clue:
The crutches placed far away from where the victim hung. He couldn't have hung, without someone else being involved.

ReplyDelete1. The crutches seen indicates that the deceased was obviously crippled. So he couldn't have stood up to commit the suicide.
2. There are 2 glass cups on the table, indicating that the deceased was not alone.
3. The broken clock on the floor shows that the deceased was struggling with his assailant.
