Because the victim was stabbed at the left side of his chest and the only left handed person in the shopping mall is the man on cast and the man with cast came in unassisted. So he must be hiding a weapon in the cast. He's the killer.
Judging from where the flesh wound is on the body, which is the left hand side, the killer is probably left handed. Since the man on cast is the only left handed person in the picture, he is the killer.
The man with the cast is the murderer for obvious reasons:
1. The cast is very likely to be a tool to hide his weapon of destruction.
2. The bleeding on the deceased is on his left, suggesting that his killer is left-handed. The man with the cast matches this description as he is the only one lefthanded in the picture.
3. A man with cast going for a shirt is kind of suspicious.
