    2. Nigerian millennials are adults between the age of 27-42 years, they are known as generation Y. Nigerian millennials possess a unique characteristics in digital technology. The internet has empowered them to use their creativity by creating content and expressing their opinions through blogs. The impact of globalization on Nigerian millennials has allowed them to learn from their peers worldwide thereby exchanging knowledge and innovative ideas. In 2020, Nigerian millennials suffered economic disruption in the job market due to the COVID-19 pandemic where many faced high level of unemployment and social injustice.Most Nigerian millennials have showed so much interest in the politics of the country. There are some factors that affects the health of nigerian millennials like drugs, sex,hygiene and electronic devices like phones, laptops, etc. Most Nigerian millennials engage in the negative attitudes of self medication or involvement in illicit drugs like codeine. Wrong attitudes of nigerian millennials to sexuality has led to majority of them a carrier of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) or unwanted pregnancies. A good number of nigerian millennials struggle to keep their body and environment clean. The use of electronic devices by nigerian millennials can mar or enhance their health status posing danger to their success in academic, career, business and leisure. Several factors such as peer groups pressure and inferiority complex can drive nigerian millennials into harmful habits like smoking, robbery, kidnapping, etc. Nigerian millennials can be motivated to engage in outdoor activities to enhance both their physical and psychological well-being because an idle mind is a devil's workshop.
